This piece looks out from the Ladies Baths, also known as McIver's Baths, on Coogee's southern headland, framed by lush plants along the cliff edge. Below, the clear, calm pool sits protected from the swell, with Coogee's northern headland visible in the distance. Though it was overcast the day I took my reference photos, I've painted it as the sunny day it deserves.

McIver's is the only public women's-only baths in Australia, a heritage-listed space that's been operating since 1876. In summer, this is where I come to read, swim a few laps, and ease into a slow weekend, it's secluded, beautiful, and entirely its own world.

How long will it take to arrive?

Orders within Australia usually arrive within 10 days. If you’ve requested your original artwork to be framed, please allow an additional 2 weeks for framing.

For international orders, delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks.

Please note that when shipping an original piece overseas, the canvas will be carefully removed from its frame, rolled, and sent in a secure tube for safe transport.
